Pet Fees
Pets are allowed on a limited basis and additional fees apply.
A maximum of three pets are allowed per unit.
Disqualifying traits:
- Not house trained
- Aggressive
- Disruptive & excessive barking
The completed pet application, signed by your veterinarian, along with a photo of your pet must be submitted prior to the pet being allowed on the premises.
Depending on the type of animal, you may be required to provide liability insurance.
If you rent a home, mobile home, or cabin from us:
An additional, non-refundable $300 pet fee plus an additional $45 per month shall apply for up to two pets. A third pet will require an additional $300 plus $45 per month.
If you rent a mobile home lot from us:
An additional $30 per month shall apply for up to two pets. A third pet will require an additional $30 per month.
