If your lease/rental agreement has expired, it automatically reverts to a month-to-month agreement and at least a 30 day written notice must be submitted. Written notice to vacate must be given before the first of the month and the last full month of rent must be paid in full and will not be pro-rated. (e.g. If you desire to terminate your lease on June 30, written notice must be received on or before June 1. If you give notice to vacate after June 1, you will be responsible to pay through July 31.)
